There has never been a more important time for us to stand together and use our voices and actions to stop the injustices that our country has accepted for too many years. Our nation is in a crisis of racial, economic and social inequality and change is needed now. We are, and always have been committed to the values of Equity and Inclusion but we can do better, we can all do better!
SCARPA is 100% committed to using our resources and platform to leverage the power we have in the outdoor industry to initiate change with support, action and activism. This is not a new initiative for us, it is a statement of our values and a conscious, action-based shift in how we act, think, speak and contribute.
This has always been a part of our brand standards, our history, mission and a strategy but now it will evolve to be a stronger influence, permeating our existence, becoming our culture and we will use it to guide our business and decisions on a daily basis.

CONNECT SCARPA ATHLETES WITH MENTEES
Connect SCARPA Athlete Team with accomplished athletes from historically marginalized communities aspiring to take their sport or career to the next level.
Provide participants with opportunities for personal, social, athletic and career development with the goal to create a more inclusive and diverse community of athletes.
